This is for the Level 1, The Pride or for Beginners or those just wanting an enjoyable evening observing or imaging a variety of fun and easy objects in the constellation of Leo. Astronomy News/Article Review: Losing the Dark? The Growing Crowds in Our Night Sky

If you’ve been out with your scope lately, either doing visual or imaging, you’ve probably noticed something frustrating. Whether you're hunting for a faint Messier object or tracking a deep-sky nebula, it feels like every other frame is getting photobombed by a streak of light. I recently came across an article over at Phys.org that really puts the scale of this problem into perspective, and honestly, it’s a bit of a wake-up call for those of us who love the "pristine" night sky.
